Shawn pursued a lifelong goal, and became a licenced massage therapist in 2017 after over 15 years in the medical field. She believes, wholeheartedly, in the many benefits of massage therapy; ranging from stress relief to injury treatment. She tailors each massage to meet the goal of each session. She utilizes techniques such as decompression (cupping,) trigger point release, myofacial release and aromatherapy to accommodate these therapeutic goals.
Shawn is continually pursuing further education in current therapies, and is currently working towards her Bachelor's Degree in Integrative Medicine. She enjoys working with clients of all stages in life, including kids and seniors.
